Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions represent the agreement between the Client and Hosuemaids.in for the services offered by Housemaids.
It is important that the Client reads and fully understands this document as it establishes the working relationship between the parties. By signing the Agreement with Housemaids it is understood that you are agree with the following Terms & Conditions:
Any replacement requirement due to resignation of our candidate should be informed to us before 10 days.
wages to candidate should be made as per his days of working with the clients.
Any refund will be made only by cheques even if the clients make payment in cash.
Refund will be made only on produce of copy of payment of receipt and only after after 15 days.
Our candidates at our registration is not transferable without our permission.
Any dispute, claims are subject to Brihanmumbai Jurisdiction.
Police verifications of candidates will be clients responsibility.
- We charge Rs.One month Gross Salary per 6 months per requirement as our commission before sending the candidate.
- If we send candidates and he/she is selected the no commission will be refunded even if the candidate works for a day.
- If we do not send candidate within 15 days of registrations then commission will be refunded after deducting Rs 500 as our marketing charges.
- If we send candidate and still you are not selecting same maximum 3 to 4 candidates then commotions will be refunded only after deducting 25% as our services charges.
- The registrations is valid for six months which can be renewed every 6 months at same charges, and if remains partly unfertilized in six months can be carried foreword for balance period only.
- Any loss or damage to the candidates or his property from you or any person on behalf of you in your house will attract suitable legal action.
- Any advance payment transaction with candidates will be at your risk.
